Your SL is superb, comparing to what others got considering that you burned them in the past. Others don't even get close to your SL. If you want a higher CL, i think you can just get another card from them. Maybe a charge card that is NPSL. If i were you, i would be content with the CL AMEX gives. It's a very high CL already to begin with..
