Amex Experian reporting help

My Delta account was opened in Feb 2015. This account started reporting to Equifax in Feb and TU in March.

I have twice called the credit bureau unit (in May and Aug) to request the account to report to EXperian.

Both times the CSR indicated it would report within 30-60 days. As of today.....still nothing.

Still can't get a CLI out of Amex and with account has a zero balance with $1,000 credit line.

My wife is an authorized user and her Experian report shows it reporting.

Any suggestions?

Is there an EO email I can use?

Re: Amex Experian reporting help

What I am about to share is not going to help you or provide any answers. I am sharing it because I have gone through this very same scenario with Delta card.

I have the Delta card for over two years. It shows on EQ and TU, not on EX. Many months ago, I contacted AMEX to inquire about it. Credit Buru department at AMEX was quite perplexed. They submitted information to Experian using eOscar system and asked to wait 60 days before checking Experian report. So I did wait for 60+ days and purchased my report from Experian. Of course there was no AMEX Delta on it. I contacted Experian using the phone number provided on the report. No one at Experian I spoke with had a clue what eOscar is and why AMEX is not showing. I decided it was not worth it for me to waste any more time on it. So, I have accepted the realty that this account will not be added to Experian report.

I have very limited interactions with EX, EQ and TU. My experience with Experian has been quite atypical of general consensus around here at myFico. I have found them to be the most incompetent and technology averse. I am sure there are people at Experian who know what eOscar is since it’s the standard mechanism creditor use to update account information at all three major CRAs. You just have to find them. Good luck.

Re: Amex Experian reporting help

I opened mine 2 months ago and havn't had it report on any yet. Personally I don't really care since its only a 2k card. I got it only because of the free baggage and 50k points.
