Amex Pre Qualification stopped working

I was getting some good offers from Amex ($250 BCE) and when I was going to apply they were only giving me charge card offers (50k PRG) so I opened another window to try and get both offers. 

After trying a couple times it now says, 

"American Express-My Special Offers

WE'RE SORRY!

We are not able to provide you with any pre-selected Card offers at this time.

This may be due to any number of reasons, including:
-You may not qualify for any special offers.
-There may be an inability to locate your credit history.
-The system may be down.
-You may have unsuccessfully attempted to qualify for special Card offers within the last 30 days.
-You’re already a Cardmember.

You may still apply for other Card offers."

Did I kill my offers by getting greedy? How long does it take the system to reset? I want to app for both offers

You have a to give it a few months and then they will start showing again.

Did you apply for both? You dont have to open two windows, I had 3 offers and I applied for all 3.... and Approved for all 3. Now that I have all those cards, I dont have any more offers when I try to check.

I did not apply because the offer I had last week (BCE $250 back) was not showing up in the offers so I thought I could log in again and get another offer. 

I will just wait and see if they send either the 50k points or $250 cash back offers by mail

Where do these offers show up on the AMEX website. I have only been a memeber since about April so it is possible I don't have any offers yet.

Use Google Chrome

Select "New Incognito window"

Go to americanexpress.com

Go to Cards > "View all personal...." > "check for preqaualified offers"

It took some time but I was approved for both cards BCP & PRG

I am not sure the prequal check works if you are already an Amex member. I think it works if you dont have any accounts with them. I may be wrong. At least that was the rumor around the forum.

Yeah, it had me log in after I put in my info, and didn't show any prequals.
