It's the same for me. I've been wanting the BCP and when I apped around the beginning of July, I was denied with a CS of 666 (they probably took a look and thought "Guh! The devil!) It's gone up to 687 now and was going to see if it would be worth leaving the garden real quick, but I keep getting prompted to sign in as well.

Yeah, that's a fairly recent thing they've started doing the last few months. I am a cardmember and I used to be able to go into an incognito window and look see if I had any new pre-quals, but it only prompts me to log in now.
It has had me do this for over a year.
