For those interested, both platinum (100k) and gold (50k) are showing for me currently under prequalified. Unsure if its a targeted measure or not, but for those interested in those cards, worth a look!

the gold 50k offer is based on 1k spend..... AH the temptation. Trying to hold off as I plan to buy a house in the next 8-10 months. BUT, is this deal too good to pass up? It would only be my 2nd inquiry showing on my CRA

Going by your signature lines, you do not have any Amex underwritten accounts.
As such you will likely have better SUBs than those of us that do.

I perosonally would go withthe Gold, espically for 50,000 points and then apply for the Hilton Ascend 150,000 or 125,000 which ever pops up also, you can get approved for 2 cards on 1 pull.
