Amex calculating 60 days for cli

My acct was opened on dec 28th I tried for increase tonite after midnight and it says my account is not yet 60 days my calculations say 4 days in dec plus 31 in Jan and 27th day in feb that adds up to 62 days. Any ideas???

I tried it and it came up with 62 days

Plus I confirmed my card on dec 28th

They may be calculating based of the date of approval or activation.  These probably vary by a week due to mailing times.

The account was open on 12-27 card sent next day air and I activated on 12-28

I would just make things simple for the next CLI's and do it on 3/1 instead of timing it down to the second.  Then 9/1 you do it again and then again 3/1.
