I have given you some good advice.
Garden, stop applying for new credit. Make ontime payments.
There’s different views on how to go about using your cards. Some say use a lot close to maxing out, Pay down immediately, rinse repeat. Always PIF before due date.
Others say it’s better to hardly use your cards. Small charges. Show the creditors you aren’t desperate for credit. Always PIF.
Others say it doesn’t matter as long as the bills are paid on time and in full. Use how you like.
Some swear by AZEO. This does help improve your score by about 10 points.
It all depends. Honestly lenders like to see a lot of swipes because that’s how they make money. But paying in time and PIF is what you need to focus on right now.
Instead of applying for new credit. Work on paying off your collections, work on trying to get them removed through PFD’s, dispute any inaccuracies.
Yes on time payments are good, but you have a past BK still showing and 8 collections you stated in another thread. That’s not what lenders like to see. Work on those and you will see improvement in your scores
I appreciate your input and am very grateful. I didn't mean to offend anyone here or give anyone the impression that I am not paying attention to their input. I went on a 1-day app spree. Haven't applied for anything in the past 4 months, so I figured that'd be okay.. All things considered, I think it was a success (for my wallet), albeit my limited experience / knowledge in rebuilding (actual benefit).. I just started posting and had so much to say and didn't really know where to post or how to ask the questions I wanted to ask in any other way.. I guess it's a learning curve.
I understand the importance of allowing things to age.. paying on time.. responsible use.. low utilization.. etc.. I think me deciding to sign up on the day I did my app spree was probably bad timing and I hope people don't take me to be a reckless person. I'm actually extremely responsible with my credit. I have multiple spreadsheets I use to track every data point possible and I log into everything at least twice a week. I've never had so much as a late fee let alone a late payment. Ever. Aside from my BK in 2008 resulting from getting injured by some jerk in a hit and run accident when I was just 2 months home from the Army that took me off my feet for over 9 months, a repo that started in 2011 and ended in 2013 from a horrible situation with an ex-wife, and medical bills in 2014 from breaking my leg without medical insurance, I'm actually really responsible and everything else on my credit is literally impeccable.

There’s nothing wrong with app spree’s a lot of members here partake in them every now and then. But they normally have strong scores, thick profiles and stop when they start getting denials left and right.
You have some good cards, use them responsibly, read the rebuilding section and learn about how to attack your baddies.
Things will improve. Good luck
Not sure what you mean by "thick" profiles -- but I have (prior to yesterday's app spree), all in excellent standing: 3 student loans, 10 revolving cards, 2 auto loans (one paid off in full and another 15 months into 72), and 1 recreational (motorcycle) loan 15 months into 48.
