I am not sure what to make of this mailer. They state I have been selected to apply to their Green Card to get 25k points, but after a yr pay 95 annual fee.
I know my scores are around 650 from credit Karma so even lower FICO, so not sure I should apply and waste an inquiry. (are they only pulling TU?)
Also, received a Suntrust mailer for their Cash Rewards card. On this one on the back they show me they offer a 24% APR which may indicate it is more possible they truly pre approved me for this card? I have a bank account with them for 10+ yrs. Should I give this one a go?
Lastly, Walmart mailed me a pre qualified offer with a 22%apr. This is a SYNCB card apparently and not sure whether they will do a hard pull and who will they pull. Is this card worth it to continue to rebuild? I barely shop at walmart, but if it will increase my available credit and help establish credit then sure.
Suggestions? I truly appreciate your input on these 3 options. Do not want to waste away my HP.

Why not wait until your profile is more optimal since 24% APR isn't necessarily that appealing IMO - your call though. I have a bank account with them for 10+ yrs. Should I give this one a go?
Lastly, Walmart mailed me a pre qualified offer with a 22%apr. This one can be a little more reliable, but it will still result in a HP on TU (sometimes they can pull EX - YEMV). If you are not a frequent Walmart shopper then there is no point on getting cards that you are not going to utilize. This is a SYNCB card apparently and not sure whether they will do a hard pull and who will they pull. Is this card worth it to continue to rebuild? Your Fico scores aren't necessarily lower. Mine are higher than the Vantage 3.0 scores provided by CK.
