Same for me yesterday. Have green and delta gold and PRG approved with no HP.

Just curious, are you an existing Amex cardholder? I am an existing cardholder but only authorized user...

I can tell you from experience that I just was approved for a BCE in Sept. CLI that card in Dec., approved for the Green, 3 weeks ago, and the PRG last week all without a HP except for the initial one for the BCE. I do know that I have been reading that its probably because I was apping from the pre approval page on the account website. Dont know if there's any kind of rules, you will hear all kinds of different stories and blogs, and the occasional smart remark so its anybody's guess.. Good luck!

I'll know more in a day or two but I just was approved today for my 3rd amex and haven't received an inquiry alert as of yet. Also the score they used was nearly a week old. So possibly it depends on how long since they checked your credit report.

Does this work with business cards?? I have bce and prg, showing preapproved for all personal cards. Im not seeing anything for business cards though.
