I have blue cash preferred at 1000 for 4 months. I would like an increase but see no option to request online. Seems strange because I thought that's how most of you received increases. Or am I just confused 😂.
Thanks
I have 3 AmEx credit cards including this one and it's there on all of mine. Sounds like AmEx has you locked in for the time being at your current limit. Remember if you get approved with them and only get a $1K SL as you did that means that you barely got in so they are going to want to see some spend and PIF history first for you. Wait 6 months and see if the Request CLI button shows up. If not you can call them at that point. Remember though they want to see spend and PIF every month.

It is not necessarily anything that the OP did to make the link disappear, it seems to be a common trend happening with AMEX currently. As Remedios posted upthread, simply click on that link and follow the standard process to request CLI. It disappeared for me as well and I was recently granted an additional 11k by following that link. Another member just a couple of days ago had to use the manual link posted here and was granted an additional 30k CLI. While I agree with you on it being difficult to get out of 1k purgatory with AMEX, especially if you have any negatives on your credit file, the link not appearing is not directly the fault of the OP. I would request the CLI. Worst case scenario is that they say "No" and you can come back and try again in 91 days.
