The lending review can go in either direction. The loan committee meets only once a week to go over the assigned cases. In any event, you can try checking the status toward the end of the week and see how it played out. Depending on how backed up the are, some can take up to two weeks for a decision. In some cases, the outcomes are successful while not so for others, YEMV.
