The new Citi Custom Cash has 5% on first $500 in 1 category each month. It defaults to category with highest spend. Both groceries and streaming are an option.
Not many options for 5% cashback with groceries. BCP for 6% ($95 AF), Citi for 5%.
Amazon Prime for 5% at Whole Foods (or Amazon Fresh delivery).
AMEX EveryDay Preferred gives 4.5x if you hit the 30 uses per month.
AMEX Gold gives 4x.
BoA Customized Cash Card will get you 3.5% if you have the 100k in an account status (and BoA works for wholesale clubs as well, year round).
3% or 3x is common enough.
Savor cards will give you 3% cashback for groceries and streaming both (4% for streaming for the $95 AF)
