Any chance to get approved for venture with 3 months old credit?

Again, Discover use to accept SSN and ITIN (issued by IRS), thats no longer the case. Im not eligible for SSN , therefore can only apply for ITIN -friendly cards

Sorry, my previous post was intended as a comment to one of tge members.

Anyway, im going to use my iron will and wait til my fico score is generated. Really dont feel like getting hit with triple HPs for nothing;( You guys think 4 cards is enough to build a solid profile?

4 cards is plenty. Use them right and you will have yourself a nice score in a couple of months. Im not a big fan about worrying about HP's but some people are and thats not a problem. I just think that worrying about them is overrated. I have plenty on my report's and almost never get declined for Credit cards.

Wait at least 3 more months, then apply for whatever card those for building credit, the venture cards are for excellent credit, so you might not get approved for it. But maybe quicksilver one? The one with 39 bucks annual fee, or barclay rewards card.

I have qs1 card;( may bw amex or citi once fico is there? How long to wait bfr applying for venture?

I don't know, like others have mentioned, venture is their "prime" card, so it might be harder to get than their subprime cards. If you don't mind Triple pull, go ahead and apply (after few months).

As for Amex and citi, I'm still on Amex scheisse list and citi won't even look at me, so can't tell you anything about them 😀
