Different lenders use different score models and bureaus.

Some even use score models not reported in MyFICO.

FICO 8 is probably the most commonly used, but many credit unions and banks use older FICO models.

SJ is spot on but for best general purpose feeling use your Fico 8 as a guide on how you're doing. Also remember, score isnt the only thing used to determine approval. Msny ither factors like income, aaol, hps, utiluzation, dti, etc.

Step 1. Find the card you're interested in.
Step2. Search the forums on approvals AND denials AND cli
Step 3. Google Search credit pulls database to find an average of the score approved.
Step 4. Profit.

These steps can take an hour to several months. Depends on what your profile is and what you want.
