Honestly that is good you did not take it. I read many threads where people have turned down that first increase on their venture card. just like that. $400. only to be offered a higher increase within two weeks after getting that low offer. my plan is to do the exact same thing you did. if they offer me so bs. i will decline it as well and wait a little longer. my count down is on for the venture. not every cap one card. as your post suggest.
