App Spree instead of just one app?

Hello, everyone!

I've been eyeing the Freedom unlimited for a while now. I was going to app for it, but after thinking about it, I've held off. Instead of apping for the FU, I'm thinking of apping for the CSP to take advantage of the 50k bonus points and then PCing it to the FU. Would that be a better strategy?

Also, I've been thinking about joining Penfed to have some sort of relationship with them. I'm already in also with NFCU. I will eventually want a CC with each credit union. I know Chase has that 4/24 rule, so I should app for the CSP first before I even do anything else. Right after I app for the CSP, should I join PenFed, get a CC with them and then APP for a CC and/or CLOC with NFCU? I don't plan on doing anything else with my credit for the next year or two. Just wondering if it's better to do all at once so they fall off together or one every few months. Thanks in advance.

If you definitely want cards with each of the CUs and the Freedom Unlimited then I would do it in the order you indicate and let them age all at the same time.  Applying for the CSP and then later PCing to the FU card is also a good idea.  Sounds like you gave a good strategy set up.  Good luck.

PenFed does not like high inq and new accounts either. Definitely go for the chsse first because they have actual rules about how many
