How long after getting a Chase card is it safe to app, I have my eyes on that reissued Rose Gold AMEX card.
How old is your Chase card and which one do you have? If recent, how many new accounts since then?
Was it a part on an app spree?
Without knowing any of your other details, I would give it AT LEAST 6 months before apping for anything else. And even then, don’t go crazy with it.
At least 2 weeks, should wait 6 months between each app if you plan on more Chase cards, or if you're looking to add a us bank or barclaycard
You'll be fine. My advice above is dependent on apping those banks in the future. Waiting almoat a month to get an Amex isn't gonna bring AA. Chase pulls your reports a week or two after your approval.
What's the reasoning for wanting a Gold card?
I ask because if you're not actually going to use the perks it's $250/yr for vanity. It won't help your credit at all because it's a Charge card and doesn't factor into your UTIL #'s at all because it doesn't have a CL to calculate use/limit ratio.
Also, if you apply for it just use the incognito method for the higher SUB for the MR's and then after approval you can contact them to switch the plastic over to the Rose color.

Limited edition is enough of a reason
