Apping at Chase with CR freeze

Asking for a friend who has a freeze and fraud alert on their CR at all 3 CRA's.

They want a CSP.

How should they apply? Online and in-branch are both available options. I haven't a clue how apping with a freeze works, and neither do they since they've been in the garden since their last app -- almost 10 years now.

You have to remove the freeze to app.

FA will result in a phone call to the number listed in the CR to verify identity.

Chase likes to pull EQ. For first timer cardholders, they like to double pull usully with EX also. Unfreeze those two and try apping in branch. Just bring a utility bill or rent receipt

They app'd in-branch and the banker called lending to give the one-time code for Ex. Approved instantly.
