for Apple Card application besides uploading the driver license is ther a Manually way to upload passport ?

Never seen any way to upload/provide photo to them other than via iMessage. 

They do have a website now though..

Have you tried callling them and asking if they will accept the passport?

Any ID will work. I uploaded my general MassID and it verified just fine.
