Re: Application applying spree

Thanks for that information.  I have been away from the board for awhile, I had been concentrating more on real life(I can definitely see the game aspect to this for some, when the cards aren't a necessity, and that is probably more where I personally land).

So are you saying there are no exceptions?  Even for cards like the Amazon?  Would Pizza1(and numerous others)'s epic recon call just be an epic denial if done today?

I'm asking not just out of curiosity or for sake of discussion, but because I'd really like a Freedom.  I'm at the point that it's one of the 2 remaining cards I'd really like.  Like Pizza1 and others, I IIBed them, and what I'm reading is that even if you didnt IIB them, you are BANNED because of BK?

Would it make no difference if the BK was over 7 years old and your 3 FICO 8's are 750 or higher?  And the BK was the only derog on the report?  I haven't been on in awhile, so I am not purposefully intending to ask something that may have already been asked, I'm being sincere.

As for a 2 card spree, it's been awhile since I read the OP so I dont recall it, but in some cases(like mine potentially), a spree may end up being 2 or 3 cards if one is thinking about the 5/24 lol.

Re: Application applying spree

I was thinking about doing it. but I am self-employed so I have to go through a lot to get it all together.

+1. That UW internal policy has shifted for Chase, and as long as BK is present, they will stand by the original declined decision.

@Anonymous, why not provide POI to NFCU? I mean, since you already have an existing relationship with them.

Hello all,

I am currently doing a credit card applying spree. I just got denied with Chase Ink Business due to my BK. I have been reading all these forums and I was seeing that a lot of people were getting approved. I wonder what happened?

I also just got the Discover It but to my surprise, the limit was only $500 dollars, though I am grateful I was expecting a higher limit. Can anyone give me advice on who will give me CLOC without POI. And also should I go ahead and apply for my second card with Penfed due to them using the same pull for 90 days?

Credit Scores- 692 Transunion/ 682 Equifax/ Experian- unk

Goal scores 750 on all :-)

Bankruptcy CH7  09/2014 Discharged

Current Credit cards- NFCU 24K 8/17, Merrick 200 10/14, Bestbuy Citi 3k 3/17, Penfed Signature 10k 05/18,DiscoverIt 500 5/18

What other cards you are spreeing? Not just two of those as a spree?

I'm looking at Fifth Third Bank, Citi, and CLOCs
