Apply for Citicard now or wait?

I have a FICO of 674, credit utilization of about 80%.  I was approved today for a Chase card with $4800 limit, 0% for 15 months on transfers.  My goal is to transfer what I can to that card and get that paid off within the 15 months.  I have a "pre-selected" offer from Citi for a card with 0% on balance transfers for nine months.  My question is, should I apply for that card now or wait until my score goes up (presumably) after the Chase card credit line is added to my credit file?  I'm trying to take advantage of the zero percent in order to get my credit cards paid off.

In my experience the offers are pretty solid. However, I wsn't so impressed with the starting limit. Considering your score (and I don't know your income), not sure what kind of starting limit you would get for your plans to transfer balances....good luck though...Smiley Happy
