Danke!  I'm about as confident as one can get on the CSP side Smiley Happy

Had the pre-approval online for more than a year, and started getting mailers even six months ago - probably a 10K line but that's workable for my needs and who knows could get lucky, least with an in person app I have a story I can tell as to why I want a non-trivial limit heh.

Mortgage side, not so much, issued the ultimatum to the sellers to be delivered tomorrow morning so we'll see how that goes.

Best of luck on both fronts Revelate!  Keep us posted on the outcome.  I'd be curious on your CSP approval/CL.  I've had mine since 2012 (branch pre-approval) and love the card!

Just to let you know, the CSP's spending requirement is $2k when you apply at a branch and not $4k

Re: Apply in person or online?

I've only applied for one Chase card in branch, which was CSP last year due to the lower spending requirement. It didn't give an instant decision but was eventually approved a few days later (I didn't call). Each one of my online applications have also resulted in the pending response, so in my case it didn't make a difference that I'm aware of.
