Approval??

I tried to give a call to the CSR to check on an approval or Denial, but no one was available.

So long story short, I tried to apply for a credit card awhile ago and got the we need more time yada yada. I recently got my Equifax CR and noticed they did a HP. I also noticed an AR inquiry a few days afterwards. I checked what an AR inquiry is and it states it is a account review from one of my creditors. Does this mean I got approved?

Do you see the lender you applied to and an account being reported on the report?

Nope. No account, just the HP and the AR a few days after that.

AR sounds like they are having a 2nd look at it before sending out a card.  Could be nothing more than a final approval.

Thanks Austin for the replies. From what i have reading, it does seem like AR inquires need to be permissable so was naturally curious if it was a approved. I figure I ask the experts on here to see what everyone thinks. I guess i could be patience and wait for the letter or hopefully .....card

Who is the lender? Really just seems it's in the review process at this point though

First Hawaiian Bank is the lender.
