Ask for CLI with recently opened Citi Simplicity card?

I just received my Citi Simplicity card.  How long do I wait to ask for a CLI?  Its approved for $9800.

Ok Just went ahead a requested an increase.  It says they will contact me soon with a decision.  I spoke with someone online in chat and they said it take roughly 30 mins to hear back.

I was increased but I made a mistake when increasing it.  I only asked for $10500 total limit.  Would it hurt to try again to increase it to say another $2-3K?
