BACKDOOR NUMBER QUESTION ? KNOWING MONTHLY CHARGES

How is it when you call a back door number and speaking with a credit anylst they can tell what your monthly charges are ?  When you pay your card down several times a month..never letting the balance get two high ?   Do they look at your highest reported balance and what your balance when you apply ?

I think when an analyst reviews an account for a possible CLI they definitally look to see how much of the limit you have used, how often you carry a balance, and so on, to see if you have experience at managine said lines. For me, I usually pay the balance 2-3 days before the statement cuts, so I don't let a balance post to the CRAs.

Credit Karma has that feature to check out everything for free it shows highest reported balance on every Card. I asked a similar question few months ago, if having a large balance show (not neccessarily report) once sparks larger credit lines in the future

I imagine on a really nasty manual review it does not look good for me to have 3 credit cards with $5,000 CLs that have never gone past 800 bucks

1 of the major 3 started to show minimum due, highest balance, and payment made on all accounts I believe under a certain credit pull.

But otherwise, they can not see individual payments to another creditor and such.

Which creditor are we speaking of though and what accounts did they refer to in conversation?
