Not necessarily, I had someone apply and they got the same message.   They were eventually approved

I received the same message and several days later I got that slam dunk email... Approved for $19.5K at 9.24%.

Just give it 5 business days.

Got the Time-out message 4 days ago. Today I got the Congrats email. I called to initally check the status and to see what my approved limit was. Each time they told me to wait for mail. Others are saying they told them their limit. They are so secretive.

I'm dying here. So impatient. Just let me know already! Gave them my reference number but no one could tell me anything...just wait for the postman.

I got a letter in the mail today... I app'd Dec 31st. 

Reason for denial "Unable to verify indentifying information"
