Re: BBVA UGHHHHHH

It seems to me that more and more applicants are having problems with this bank.  I just don't get their mode of operation.  I know this is one bank to stay away from.  Their practices are just not the best.

Thank you for the wealth of knowledge I have learned from these forums. I am logging off as of November 9, 2022. I wish everyone great success.

Re: BBVA UGHHHHHH

BBVA was the craze for awhile with the NBA card but just like the Duck saga they got in over their heads with approving everyone and now their customer service has plummeted.

Id advise everyone to skip this lender. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is

Re: BBVA UGHHHHHH

This is interesting.   I had held off applying for this card because of the stories I heard on here.  However I pushed the button last week and recieved and instant approval online.  No verification, no call.  I recieved the card within 4 business days of applying as well.  Online account has been setup and everything seems to be running smoothly at this point.    Maybe I just got lucky.

I smelled a rat about that outfit when the first reports came in posting about the can't verify issue.

I would avoid them like the plague.

Makes me glad, (not really), that the Sonics left. If they were still here, I probably would have been all over this card.

I could and would have easily went for that card during my spree but after all the negative experiences i read up on in here i quickly scratched them off the list and fast.

Already have had all the (Quack) Duck experiences i care to see.

BBVA=the gift that keeps on giving.   I thought my saga was over and them I went to use my card,  DENIED.  it appears that BBVA has fixed my account.   If this thing want 20k, I would have dropped it like a bad habit
