Credit magic your profile is similar to mine and I was approved so I think you would have a good chance based on the info provided. It was funny how the page refreshed in midstream in an instant while i was inputing details which tells me it nailed a lock (MATCH) on accurate data.
Weekends are the pits for doing this with some certain lenders since it's my guess that they set their system on autosuspend so to enjoy the weekend and not find any surprises when they open back up for business Monday .
I'm rooting for ya! I'm betting you are approved CM7!
+1
So i call this morning and they can't find any application submitted online Ugh (So thinking here we go again right?). Ok so i get transferred over to another Dept (The classic hand off cut right like in football ya know?) a nice lady picks up and says that she doesn't see anything in the system either and asked if i would like if she stayed on the line while i resubmit it again. I did and at the SUBMIT press it errors out. (Oh Boy Ugh again).
She then asks if i would like to apply over the phone but it might take up to 30 minutes. Absolutely, why not right? been getting absolutely nowhere with the online app try with 2 different browsers. So we both did our thing on the line and at the completion said i would be receiving something in the mail in 5-7 days. She told me that whether approved or other that on their end they don't see that.
So whatta ya all think about this one? I can be a fairly patient guy so don't really mind waiting but is there something else anyone might suggest to get some sort of a status update from today's phone application? If so i'll call in.
I must say i felt relieved that this girl was nice enough to stayed and followed with me throughout the whole ordeal and seemed very helpful but as is been always the result in some posts, what do you do next?
Give it a few days CM7. When I called to inquire about my application, I was told I'd receive something in the mail within 5 to 7 days as well(thought that meant denial). I'm wondering if this is a generic answer they are coached to give. I'd keep a look out for a email later in the week. Your application must also be under manual review as mine was.
Do you have credit monitoring? Have you received an alert yet?

Thanks Gmood1
I was thinking along that same conclusion. Not concerned at all since i'll just let it go thru the paces now that the app finally did get submitted by a real person. I read other threads where they go thru manual so probably know something by Friday if not sooner.
It was funny how that little baskerball kept turning and turning and turning last night before showing that message etc.
It was better for me anyhow to just let a rep take my info and input it directly into their system. I think their headquarters are in Birmingham Alabama and they had some strong stormy weather to cope with last night and some again today.
CM7 I just had a co worker adult 9 and got a message to call to complete application. Well when we called they said they couldn't see his application. They said this is a "known issue". They said to call back tomorrow and if they are unable to view application to reapply. They also said don't really until after tomorrow if they are unable to see the application in their system. He's off tomorrow but told me he'll let me know when he calls.

Same old story.
Obviously they need a good computer software specialist to iron out their system because it is seriously buggy.
I had to reapply TWICE! The first time the rep stayed on the phone with me until it hit a snag AGAIN, then she suggested i do my app directly with her so she could directly input it into the system. A very better experience. Be sure they get an application NUMBER because that's the link to your application either way.
Hope it helps.

Thanks. Hopefully not multiple pulls either

Time will tell on that. If they do then they are going to have to settle up that end of things since it's on them not us.
They seem cooperative enough but it likely varies with which one as anyplace.
My coworker called BBVA and they had no application on file for him so he reapplied this morning. He got this message: "Your application has been received and is being reviewed. Our team will call you within 7-10 days". Something to that effect. No "Slam Dunk" like they used to do. Strange indeed. We'll see what happens.
