I called, was on hold for 5 minutes before someone picked up. We had a brief conversation. I asked "have you guys been swamped with calls?" and she said "no, not really. Most of our decisions are made online. So not may phone calls. She then asked "why was I on hold long?" I said no, "not at all."
She then looked up my application and said no other information was available and I would receive a letter in 7-10 days. I've heard that line before and usually its a denial! aaahhh!!!
