It took them over a month when I did mine last November when I bought my 2015 X5.  They approved me for 1k, when all my other limits are in the 10-25K rage as well.  I tried for an increase and they said I need to use the card more for them to increase it.

70K+ car and got that stingy limit, and on top of it they needed DL, SSN Card, and Utility Bill before the even opened the card!!!!  I even had my dealer call and ask why since I was pre-approved during the purchase process....so go figure!

Well, I wasn't sure if that would be a CL below your "expected" threshold given your other high CL arsenals except for retail CCs.  I mean Zappos Visa was recently approved for $5K and not sure if the BMW Visa (if approved with $1K) would be suitable for you.  But, in this case I suppose and approval IS an approval.  Keep us posted!

Yes tehre are. I applied early in July 2015. Called and was told that I was approved . However, they could not tell me the limited. I had to call weekly to check. It appears that BMW has a couple different systems to look in to evem find your application. Theyshould at least have the option of finding something by your SS#. Just like many other compaines. So, for now  I wait until the welcome package arrives.

This is the first time I heard anything about a BMW visa..... I am currently leasing a 5 series BMW that will be up July 2016...... maybe I'll apply when getting my new lease n see what happen........ Good Luck CA!
