You can reach out to them if you're curious about the results.  More than likely, as it was mentioned upthread, it appears it was not approved.  The link can come and go, but even if the request was declined, it can still be present online.

Finally got a letter in the mail.. states

" Time since most recent account opening on one or more of your accounts with us and/or our affiliates.

I opened a new card with BOA back in late March. But my cli request is for the card that has over 4 years in age.

Looks like its going to be the waiting game.. Any chance how long? Till that new account hit 3 months? 6 months ? Any ideas?

I would say give it at least 3 months from this recent request.  This should allow some time on the new card to age and yield a productive internal behavioral score for consideration in the future.  Basically, what the letter is saying, BoA feels you have sufficient exposure at this time with both cards.
