I call them because my status still under review and say they send me past friday a mail with a counter offer or something like that but not have anything more in the system. so i need wait for the mail to know. For now i not have any pull.

You can call BofA number for backdoor analyst and they might be able to help you more than the regular CSR.

I applied for 1-2-3 Rewards on April 3. Received counter offer letter for 99/500 card on April 10. Mailed check same day. I see the check just cleared my credit union today (April 20). App status on BOA site still says under review.

Perhaps it is.....do it if you get the offer......everyone says it is the best secured card!
