WaveRider nailed it, it will really depend on the amount being transfered.
$900 isn't much...so...you should have a lot of options...many of which will depend on your credit.
Slate gave me a 1500 limit when I had 10k+ cards, so that wasn't super helpful for BT
Disco gave me great BT terms but a 1600 limit when I had 20k+ cards, so that wasn't helpful either
PenFed was probably the best overall since it was a high SL and 12 months 0 interest, but a 3% transfer fee
USAA Rate Advantage was good if you can qualify...when I opened it earlier this year it was 0% for 18 months and 0 transfer fees until April 2017
Citi had great optiosn when I opened my TYP and gave out a reasonable starting limit
