Already have a BOA mastercard and was looking at their Visa as a BT card with 15 months. Applied the other day and still showing this as of tonight;

"Your application is in review. Thanks for choosing Bank of America. We're carefully reviewing your application and need to check a few more things. We appreciate your patience."

What else can they check other than all three credit reporting companies reports? Kind of antsy to see if I got approved or not.

Keep in mind that applications are queued based on whatever exception or flag routes them for additional review. It could be any number of things. You can reach out to a UW / analyst to determine whether they may require further information on your application (reference the Backdoor Numbers thread at the top of this subforum).

Do you mean in general or with Bank of America?

If you're referring to BOA/FIA, then it will likely result in two separate HPs. I was able to get Merrill+ and MidAtlantic AAA AmEx with one HP over a year ago.

Two BOA apps within 30 days. One for Fid Amex and the other, BBR.

do you know if that would be considered 1 HP only for both apps.

i m interested in knowing that for BOA cash Rewards and BBR cards.
