Barclay Choice CLIs

For the Barclay Choice Privileges card (that will soon be picked up by Wells Fargo), does anyone know the deets on CLIs? 

Is it like traditional Barclay cards where you have to call and see if there are any 'available' offers in order to potentially avoid a hard pull? Or can you do a direct request over the phone no problem?

You read my mind. I stopped trying years ago and haven seen a cli in over 6 years on 1 card and never on another 5 years old. I spend..I sock drawer..nothing. One is on my chopping block this year.

Barclay's is the craziest, most unstable, skittish bank I can think of when it comes to their decisions. I sent them packing years ago.

Barclays should be avoided at all costs!!The only way to make money is to short their stock!  My biggest regret so far!! I have 10k card, 15k card..and they gave me $500. Used this trash heavily , always PIF.  No go. Score  high 700s, no derogs , no BS. They did actually CLD most of their customers in UK by 70-80%. An absolute trash "bank"
