Barclay's app marked as 'pended'

I pulled a twofer yesterday and was approved for an Apple Visa. I had also applied for the Rewards card, but wasn't given an instant answer (but not a denial). When I check their app status site it lists my app as 'pended'. Not pending, but 'pended'. Anyone have this one pop up before?

Little update, I called a backdoor # for credit analysts and the individual there said they couldn't even see that I'd applied for a Rewards card at all. So I guess that 2nd app was lost to the internet ether. Though the app status site still says 'Pended'.

My Barclay Rewards app was "pended" for a couple of days. Then I received an approval email.

More than enough credit.

I would have, but she basically said I shouldn't have applied for two cards at the same time because they don't like that. I figured I was lucky enough to get approved for the Apple Visa so I shouldn't push my luck.

Yeah, I'm just going to let it be and see what happens. Maybe I'll get lucky.
