My wife has a BC Cash Fwd with 9.5 k CL. She closed her BC Art+ earlier this year as she is AU on my card and we did not need two of the same product. She applied for the Art+ again and was declined with no HP due to prev having the product. Honestly we were only doing this to get the 50k bonus miles. I only told her to apply as others on the forum said they had gotten a second even third card. I will say the fine print on the web site made me believe this would happen.
