Re: Barclays MC

FWIW, a year ago I tried for that one when my TU was the same as yours and was denied, but then was approved for their Apple Visa with that same score. You can give that one a go if you just want to get a foot in the door.

Keep both your credit and your body in top shape!

It's hard, but just be patient.  I received a mail pre-approval in April for the Rewards Card for Excellent credit. (TU was 736)   Instant approval $5500 and I have done three BT's.

Re: Barclays MC

I got approved for Barclays Reward card in April. Score was high 500's. But I guess I did have 2 paid car loans and working on 3rd, 4 credit cards(even though they're rebuilders). And had a bunch of paid collections.

Re: Barclays MC

I got approved in March witha  613 TU after recon. Approved for $1500

Have 3 collections on file, unpaid

1 charge off

At the time, I applied in December after 3 months of rebuild, no luck. They told me try again in 6 months, I tried again in 3. At the time in December I had a few capital one rebuilders @ $1500. In March, profile aged a bit and I got approved then.

Give it another 90-120 days and try again..or better yet, recon your denial.
