Barclays do they do SP if you app twice within a certain amount of months?

I apped for the Hawaiian Miles card I guess a few months ago. Declined. Waited for some balances to be paid off in full and apped tonight but was declined. I pulled my report from USAA about 2 hours after the application and normally, any application I apply for will pretty much show up immediately on the USAA every 24 hours credit report that I pull. I did not see anything from Barclays. I'm wondering if they did a SP or went off of the last pull which was a HP a few months ago. Anyone know?

If it was a few months ago they most likely pulled a new report. They mainly pull transunion but it is possible they pulled a different bureau.
