It says Citi right on the card.
As far as the credit score requirements, there isn't going to be a hard answer to that. It is going to depend on the situation of each applicant, as more than just a score goes into determining whether or not an issuer approved someone for a trade line.

It looks like it reads as the 15% is on the first day of purchases, not the first purchase of the day. Way better!

I was at 680 or so when I was approved for this card. That was 5 years ago so... ymmv. It has gone from $2k to $7k in that time.
Man I wish I could get a Citi card, but Citi won't touch me with a 10-ft pole since I burned them with a CO in 2018. 😮💨

You are not alone. I have burned CITI in my current Bk.

Citibank is the bank. I'm guessing on score requirements, I think 650 and higher you should have a great shot at approval. You possibly can get approved with a lower score though.

@SDMarik It does read that way. To be safe I'd try to get all the wanted items all at once at the time of approval. This wording is different than what I'm used to seeing before this special offer. It used to say, "Get 10% back on your first purchase".
