Correct that no one has received a CLI. To those that like CLIs (I'm one of them), no doubt this is a down side. To those that simply are happy with their approval limits and never push for CLIs, they may be perfectly happy with the Blispay product assuming they are approved for a limit that works well for them.
Alliant CU has a 2% card with no AF and also a 2.5% card with $59 AF with 3% the first year and no AF. There's also the USAA limitless card which is 2.5%, but limited availability.
If you have brokerage $ available, the best general spend card is the BofA travel rewards which has a base 1.5% rewards, but can go up to 2.625% if you have $100k or more in deposit/brokerage with BofA & Merrill.
