Blispay - Unable to Verify

I have received the mail today from Blispay - Unable to Verify Identity of Applicant. There is no request for additional information or further insturctions. Should I send my DL and Passport Information and Utility Bill? What should be next steps in the process.

Is there a reference # in the letter? Either way, I would give them a call and ask documents they require to verify your identity. Good luck.

No. I don't see any Reference# in the letter. I'll send the standard ID information in the mail today. I'll call them tomorrow and see what else they want. After that I am going to drop this applicaiton process and take the Inquiry hit which will drop in the next few months and move on. I am going to focus on getting one best credit card that will meet my needs.

I wouldnt send anything without them advising it . Blispay has a real knack for unable to verify people. Many a people have fallin through the cracks on that alone.

That is a good idea. I'll call them first before I mail them any thing. If they dont want to approve, I want to write off that Inq and move on. No more wasting time with this company.

There has been SOME success here with people like you convincing Blispay to remove or recode the inquiry. Good luck

Worst denial reason ever and this happens ALL the time with Blispay.

2 members recently were able to recon the denial for failure to verify identity by emailing the CEO.  If you'd like his email address, shoot me a PM.

If I haven't asked this before - and I seem to recall I have - I'll ask it here; what IS going on with Blispay that they can't get a reliable procedure in place for such a basic part of the application process as verifying an applicant's identity?

I have called their Credit office and faxed them the documents they wanted. I have also mailed them in the regular mail. They said I would know their decision in the next 48 hours after they receive the fax. I'll wait and see what happens. I am not going to loose my sleep over this.

Do you have yours ARS or IDA frozen? Blispay and BBVA use this to verify identity. BBVA doesn't use it if you apply in branch with ID and another card with your name on it
