We're processing your application and we'll contact you with our decision in a few weeks.

Is this a pending application?

That's usually a decline with Citi retail card apps. You'll get an e-mail with the decline reason within a week or so.

Hmmm very interesting, that's the first time I ever saw a message like that when applying for a credit card. A day ago I applied for the Macys card and was approved for $300. They pulled EX

For the Bloomies card, Citi pulled Ex. Guess I will need to wait. Really want the Bloomies card

It could be pending or a decline. They have denied me a couple of times because they couldn't verify my phone number. Then I called and provided them a code in the denial letter, they did another HP, then dednied me for too many HPs. Needless to say, I am not playing with them anymore.
