got the "your application is in review". checked my status and got this:

Application Type: Offline <~ not really sure why this says Offline??? i applied online.
Application ID:-
Application Date:03/02/2016
Decision Date:03/02/2016 <~ hmm today!?! maybe ride it out?
Decision: Your application is in review. Thanks for choosing Bank of America. We're carefully reviewing your application and need to check a few more things. We appreciate your patience.
We'll also send you a letter in the mail after we've completed processing your application. If we have any questions, we'll call you."

ride it out or call them? which number? *i'm not sure which one from the backdoor number thread. tia!

yes i do! dunno if you could see my sig but they are:

BoA Cash Rewards 5k SL
BoA Travel Rewards 6.5k SL

i was gonna call after approval for a CLI increase (for one or both) and see if they could use the same pull. it's a stretch with BoA but can't hurt to try i guess.

btw i rode it out today (same msg as above still). i might call them tomorrow. i'll try the SR credit analyst line. *fingers crossed

I just got off the phone attempting to recon with BOA.

Let me say:

1. the recon number 8882216262 is no longer a working number

2. the sr credit analyst number 8666184585 took me to someone who said she's not a credit analyst but she transferred my call to a credit analyst

3. the credit analyst was horrendous, he had absolutely no authority to do anything but accept what the computer spat out... it was a complete waste of my time

Bank of America will never be hearing from me again.

Thats right. the recon no just got changed or either it goes to some biz card department. You should post this new no in backdoor no thread.
