Nice. I haven’t got any on mine yet but then again I’ve only had it a little over a year.

If so, I may do it. Only have a 2k limit on my Cash Rewards and BBR and a 6.2k limit on my Bankamericard.
Correct. BofA uses the same HP on file for up to 30 days so you want to request multiple increases you can. Depending on your credit profile they may shift limits around to accommodate your request so make sure you ask for more sizable increase on the card you want it on if you don't want to deal with credit reallocation after the dust has settled.

I have read that you can double/triple/quadruple dip on a combination of new apps and cli with the same HP but I havent tried it myself.
The BBR is discontinued correct?

Yep it is. I think you can PC to it though.

Sweet thanks!

I’ve been asking every 3-5 months for about 2 years and have seen massive gains until I seem to have been cut off at $99,900 about 3 months ago. Mostly $5-20k at a time for myself and DW.This is kind of like what Im talking about, so you probably have 6-8 inqs from Boa alone in those 2 years?
Dont you feel like in the same 2 years you could have gotten to 100k with less inqs, say every 6 months, getting bigger cli increments instead?
It depends on how one views how much a HP is worth. Those that already have accounts established don't want to add more credit lines but just want to increase the limits available. Why some like AMEX with their current CLI system. Me personally I don't mind using HPs at this point with no future loans/mortgages in my future and wanting to limit the effects of AAoA with any new accounts. But I also acknowledge that BofA seems to be the only one worth doing HPs for if you have the profile to get those limits.
I don't think letting time go between requests does much to change what BofA decides as far as granting requests unless your credit scores change dramatically during those periods of time since they pull TU. I guess income and assets probably also play a part but for general purposes scores are the main determining factor for a lot of poeple here on this forum.

Thanks for this thread and it’s data points. I have the no frills Bankamericard as a BT card with $13k cl that could use some space to improve util and I have an Alaska card with $0 balance and $18k cL. I see the luv button on the BT card but I’ve been hesitant to use it because I knew they may just takes from the Alaska. Realistically I don’t need more than $5k on th Alaska so I guess it wouldn’t matter but I’d prefer $10k. if they moved in a manner I don’t like, can I have some say in the matter?
Yes, you can request they move the limits around to your liking. Now I'm not sure if it takes a HP or not to do but considering the topic is requesting CLIs and you've already taken the HP that's good for 30 days anyways I don't see that being an obstacle. I can only see it being an issue if they have a timeout period after requesting a CLI for moving credit around. Hopefully someone with experience in that will chime in.

Will BOA use my same TU pull I used for a CLI for a application? Even though they pull Experian for apps?
