I've never had problems with BOA. They always treat me well after I've used and abused them so badly over the years.
I think sometimes you just get on someone's sheet list and no matter what you do you can't get off it. Like Wells Fargo for me. I once applied for one of their CC's from my home in Costa Rica, bad move, somehow the foreign IP sent bells a ringing at their fraud department. Since then, I've never been able to correct this flag, even with the help of one of their branch bank managers.
