Bofa app lost?

Hello, i just apped for bofa travel rewards and was approved for 5k cl on 11/8. Now 11/10 called cc department and ask why the cc account hasnt showed up in my app, the crs cant find any account or recent app on thier system. 😳. Anyone experienced this ? Or they need more time?...cause im freaking out. Lol

The credit analyst tood me over the phone that im approved with 5k cl and told that card will arrived 7-10 biz day.
Now i have to wait till tuesday to talk to them.
