I recently ran throught the few pre-qualify options that Bread/Comenity offers, i.e. Dell, Burlington, Michaels, and each one gave me an offer, but when I accepted the offer and completed the application, I received a message to call. The 1st time I called they said my Innovis report was frozen, so I thawed it and called back, then they said my Sagestream report was frozen, so I thawed it along with Lexis, and called again, and they said it was still showing a credit freeze. I called everyone back and they all assured me the reports were thawed, so, I called one last time and they said the freeze was still in place. I assured them I called the secondaries and unfroze the 3 primaries online, but they still insist they can't process my apps because of credit freezes. I'm probably better off without those cards anyway, but it sure is frustrating.
