I was pre-qualified for Bread Rewards after applying I got a 7 to 10 days message but they didn't even pull my credit
Imagine getting approved without hard inquiry that'll be wild honestly ...

I applied with the soft pull but froze my credit reports before hitting accept but they were able to approve it after a 10-14 day.
Had to call them because of a fraud alert.
No hard pull. $7850 limit.
AmEx won't let me in due to the "61 month blacklist if you filed bk7 and did not include us" rule, but apparently these Bread cards have AmEx offers, so hopefully some good ones that I want to hit more than once (spouse's card) will come up.
I've never heard of a card where the "no hard pull trick" worked except the Apple Card, according to some people.

The 25% bonus on top of all the 3% if you slide it 20 times that billing period is the wild part. I could think of some "That's not what we meant." ways for that to happen.
I've seen cards that require a certain number of transactions a month to get bonuses. The AmEx Everyday Preferred was pretty wild for a rewards card 10 years ago, but not really so much now. It's interesting that they're letting other banks run on the AmEx payment network that offer better rewards.
Then again, AmEx has a target customer, one that's loaded, puts a lot of spend on the card, doesn't care about fees, not concerned that the rewards aren't the best.
The BCP is the only AmEx card that is out there for non-travelers that I would say is pretty outstanding.
