OP print out the webpage and when you talk to them. Ask for the phone number for the nearest fax next to them for proof. If your going to send it in with the last 4 of your SS#. Send the printed webpage. I just love how 1 subject from Cap1 turns into bash posts on how bad they are. When most on here wouldnt have what they have now without Cap1 in the begining.
